Términos y condiciones generales para
todos los participantes de los viajes, tours y
expediciones organizadas por Cicloturismo Perú.
1. El
participante acepta formar parte del grupo que
recorrerá la ruta indicada y en las fechas
establecidas en las publicaciones de este
sitio web y/o otros medios de difusión utilizados
por Cicloturismo Perú o según lo pactado con el
cliente.
2.
El participante
conoce que el viaje,
tour o expedición es del nivel y tipo indicados y
todas sus implicancias.
3.
El participante forma parte del
viaje, tour o expedición
bajo su entera responsabilidad y por su cuenta y
riesgo, asimismo declara encontrarse en buen estado
de salud y que ha tomado todas las previsiones
necesarias en resguardo de su vida, salud e
integridad física (seguros de vida, salud, etc.),
igualmente declara tener suficiente habilidad y
destreza en el manejo y conducción de la bicicleta.
4.
El participante
sabe y entiende que
Cicloturismo Perú actúa únicamente como
investigador, planificador, promotor, organizador y
conductor del viaje, tour o expedición y que sus
funciones comprenden investigar, planear y proponer
las rutas y recorridos, facilitar la logística y los
equipos necesarios, prestar apoyo mecánico y de
primeros auxilios en caso de necesidad. Por lo
tanto, que Cicloturismo Perú, los miembros y/o
organizadores de la expedición no asumirán
responsabilidad alguna por cualquier incidente
fortuito adverso, demora, desvío, accidente, lesión,
muerte, pérdida, daño, etc., que pudiera ocurrir y/o
sus consecuencias directas o indirectas.
5.
El participante
sabe, entiende y
acepta que su participación implica acatar lo que
dispongan los organizadores para el mejor resultado
del viaje, tour o expedición y en especial para la
seguridad e integridad física de los participantes.
6.
El participante sabe, entiende y
acepta que
el integrarse y formar
parte del grupo de personas que conforman el viaje,
tour o expedición también implica el compromiso de
actuar en función del equipo y en forma solidaria,
asimismo cooperar, ayudar y proteger a los demás
miembros del grupo y fomentar la unidad, deponiendo
ideas o acciones individuales que puedan afectar el
bienestar o integridad del grupo, poner en riesgo la
seguridad propia o ajena y/o el éxito de la
expedición.
7. Los organizadores se reservan el derecho a
admitir o separar a un participante en función del
mejor interés del grupo.

General terms and conditions for
participants in the trips, tours and expeditions
organized by Cicloturismo Perú.
1. The participant accepts to form part of the group
that go the route indicated on the dates established
in the postings made in this website and/or other
media used by Cicloturismo Perú or as agreed with
the client.
2. The participant knows the trip, tour or
expedition is of the level and type indicated and
what this implies.
3. The participant joins the trip, tour or
expedition under his (her) entire responsibility and
own risk, also declares to be in good health
condition and has taken the necessary
preventive measures regarding his (her) life, health
and physical integrity (life and health insurances,
etc.), also declares having enough bike riding
skills.
4. The participant knows and understands that
Cicloturismo Peru acts only as researcher, planner,
promoter, organizer and leader of the trip, tour or
expedition and its functions are limited to
research, planning and propose the routes; provide
necessary logistics and equipment and to provide
bike technical support and first aid if needed.
Hence Cicloturismo Perú, the members and/or
organizers of the trip, tour or expedition won't
assume any liability for any adverse fortuitous
incident that might arise (delay, detour, accident,
injury, death, lose, damage, etc.) and/or its direct
or indirect consequences.
5. The participant knows, understands and accepts
that joining the group implies to abide what the
organizers decide on behalf of the best results of
the trip, tour or expedition and overall for the
safety and physical integrity of the participants.
6. The participant knows, understands and accepts
that joining the group implies the commitment to act
as a team member and in a solidary way, also to
cooperate, help and protect the other team members
and to encourage unity, deposing selfish ideas and
actions that might affect the welfare or team's
integrity, endanger his (her) own safety, the team
safety or the trip, tour or expedition success.
7. The organizers reserve the right to admit or
dismiss a participant on behalf of the best interest
of the team.
