MACHU PICCHU VIA BUS,
VUELTA EN TREN 2

DIA 1
CUSCO – SANTA TERESA – HIDROELECTRICA – AGUAS
CALIENTES
4:00 a.m. partida de
Cusco pasando por el valle sagrado de los inkas,
durante el recorrido apreciamos diferentes poblados
y cambios en el paisaje desde los andes hasta los
sitios tropicales, llegamos a Santa Teresa donde nos
espera un almuerzo típico,
continuamos hasta el puente Carrilluchayoc. Cruce
del río en oroya colgante. Caminata 2h. hasta Hidroeléctrica donde tomaremos el tren
de las 4:30pm hacia Aguas Calientes; el recorrido
dura aprox. 1 hora.
(En caso de no alcanzar al tren continuaremos
caminando por un tiempo aprox. 3 horas más que en
total caminaremos 5 horas).
Llegamos a Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu pueblo), allí nos instalamos en
un hostal con baño privado y agua caliente
(servicio básico), por la tarde es opcional ir a las
aguas termales.
DIA 2.
MACHUPICCHU - CUSCO
Partida 4:30am con dirección a Machupicchu, la
caminata tendrá una duración de 1hora y media
aproximadamente, el objetivo es apreciar la salida
del sol desde la ciudadela inka y ser los primeros
en llegar, luego tendremos 2 horas de guiado, una
vez que terminamos el recorrido con el guía se tiene
todo el tiempo
libre en Machu Picchu hasta la hora del cierre.
Retornamos caminando a Aguas calientes y esperamos
la partida del tren backpacker de las 9:30pm.
Llegada a Cusco 00:30 aprox.

DAY
1:
CUSCO - SANTA TERESA - HYDROELECTRIC – AGUAS CALIENTES
4:00 am departure from Cusco through the Sacred Valley of
the Incas, during the journey we will see different
villages, and landscape changes from the Andes to the
tropical jungle lands. Arrive Santa Teresa to have a
typical lunch, continue to Carrilluchayoc bridge. Hike 2
hours to Hydroelectric arriving at 4:30
pm. to take the train to
Aguas Calientes. (If it happens missing the train we must
keep walking for 3 more hours).
At Aguas Calientes village
we stay in a local hostel with private bathrooms and
hot water (basic service). Optional visit to the local hot
springs.
DAY 2:
MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
Early
departure at 4:30 am heading toward the Inca citadel of
Machu Picchu, the walk will last approximately 1 hour and a
half, the goal is to see the sunrise from the Inca citadel
and be the first to arrive, then we visit the site
with our professional guide, after the 2 hours guided tour
the time is open in Machu Picchu until 5pm. Return walking
to Aguas Calientes and wait to take the 9:30pm backpacker
train to Cusco. Arrival 00:30 approx.
